Week 3 NFL Power Rankings

1. Buffalo Bills (2-0) –

This Bills have been the most dominant team this season and look great on both sides of the ball. Best team in the league at the moment.

2. Kansas City Chiefs (2-0) –

Had a good 2nd half to come back and win a close divisional matchup over the Chargers.

3. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2-0) –

Offense still trying to get in rhythm, but the defense looks great.

4. Philadelphia Eagles (2-0) (↑3)

Dominated the Vikings and the defense looked much improved against an offense that should be good.

5. Los Angeles Chargers (1-1) (↓1)

Played well in week 2 and kept it close with the Chiefs. Also, playing on Thursday allows Herbert and Keenan Allen more time to rest and get healthy, as both are crucial to the offense’s success.

6. Green Bay Packers (1-1) (↑4)

Aaron Jones had a huge performance in primetime and the passing offense looked better with Allen Lazard on the field. They have a big game in Tampa this week NFL fans get to see Aaron Rodgers and Tom Brady go head-to-head once again.

7. San Francisco 49ers (1-1) (↑5)

Very unfortunate that Trey Lance is out for the season, but with him starting the team was unpredictable. We have seen Jimmy Garoppolo run the offense with success before, and now I am more confident in the 49ers being a very good team this season.

8. Miami Dolphins (1-1) (↑5)

Down big at one point against the Ravens, but they were able to mount a comeback, thanks to the dangerous combination of Jaylen Waddle and Tyreek Hill. Tua looked good this week, but we’ll see if he can be consistent with it.

9. Baltimore Ravens (1-1) (↓4)

Up big to the Dolphins at one point against the Dolphins, they collapsed and allowed A comeback. Also, the rushing attack besides Lamar Jackson needs to improve, but at least the passing attack looks good so far.

10. Los Angeles Rams (1-1) (↑1)

Came close to blowing it at the end but were able to hold on for the win.

11. New Orleans Saints (1-1) (↓2)

The offense needs to find a rhythm and improve, but the defense looked better this week for most of the game. I still believe in the talent on this roster that they can be a playoff team.

12. Cincinnati Bengals (0-2) (↓4)

They have not given up many points on the defensive side, but the offense needs to improve. Obviously, they have the skill position weapons, but the offensive line needs to protect Joe Burrow better.

13. New England Patriots (1-1) (↑8)

The defense has looked good this season and the offense did enough to win a close game this past week.

14. Pittsburgh Steelers (1-1) (↑2)

The offense needs more consistency and has trouble with the rushing attack, but if the defense can hold up while Watt is gone, they could have potential.

15. Minnesota Vikings (1-1) (↓9)

The whole team did not play well in week 2, as they couldn’t run the ball, stop the run, pass under pressure, etc. They still have a new coach, and this performance should help them realize how they need to improve over the rest of the season.

16. Washington Commanders (1-1) (↓1)

The offensive line struggled in the first half, which forced them to start rough. Although in the 2nd half they improved, and the passing attack has looked very good so far. The defense has not consistently played well as A unit and gives me doubts about the team, but if the offense can stay hot, they could win some games.

17. Jacksonville Jaguars (1-1) (↑7)

They had an overall dominant performance against the Colts and shut them out 24-0. I like the way the offense has looked, and the defense played very well this past week.

18. Arizona Cardinals (1-1) (↑9)

Coming back from A 20-0 deficit at halftime was very impressive and it included some wild plays. The way Kyler led the comeback gave this team life and could give them some momentum heading into their next game, A divisional matchup against the Rams.

19. Detroit Lions (1-1) (↑6)

The offense has looked very good, with Amon-Ra St. Brown looking like a young star who is ready to take over the league.

20. Dallas Cowboys (1-1) (↑8)

Cooper Rush played well, the run game was solid, and Noah Brown has stepped up in the #2 WR role while Michael Gallup is gone. They have a divisional matchup with the next team this week to try and get back up to speed in the division.

21. New York Giants (2-0) (↓2)

They have not looked great but are 2-0 and are playing hard. Although, I am not confident it will continue to result in many wins throughout the course of the season.

22. Las Vegas Raiders (0-2) (↓4)

The 2nd half collapse was not a good look and they are now 0-2 in a tough division and need to get back on track quickly.

23. Tennessee Titans (0-2) (↓9)

They lost a tough week 1 game and got smoked by the Bills in week 2. They have a great coach in Mike Vrabel, who I am confident can lead his team to a turnaround, but they need to change things if they want to win games.

24. New York Jets (1-1) (↑8)

They looked better this week and mounted a comeback from 30-17 in under two minutes. Garrett Wilson had a huge game and could be A rookie of the year candidate.

25. Denver Broncos (1-1) (↓2)

They were able to pull off a 16-9 win against the Texans but did not look impressive while doing so. Russell Wilson and the passing attack was not good. The offense was booed off the field multiple times and there have been multiple odd coaching decisions from Nathaniel Hackett. They have A big game on Sunday night when they host the 49ers, and they cannot fall flat again at home.

26. Cleveland Browns (1-1) (↓9)

The rushing attack looked good once again and they got Amari Cooper involved in the game plan this week, but the late 4th quarter collapse was not a good, as they could have stolen another win and become 2-0 but are now 1-1.

27. Chicago Bears (1-1) (↓1)

The overall lack of talent was shown against a superior opponent in week 2, as the defense could not stop the run or pass.

28. Atlanta Falcons (0-2) (↑2)

They are 0-2 but have played hard and have come close to winning their first two games, but like I’ve said before, close doesn’t win in the NFL. Also, Kyle Pitts is an elite weapon and needs to be more involved.

29. Seattle Seahawks (1-1) (↓7)

If the special teams’ unit did not return A field goal block for a touchdown, they would have been shutout.

30. Carolina Panthers (0-2) (↓1)

The defense played better, but the passing attack on offense still was not good.

31. Houston Texans (0-1-1) (↑1)

The defense played alright, but the offense was not efficient and struggled to move the ball.

32. Indianapolis Colts (0-1-1) (↓12)

They have looked terrible so far and were dominated this past Sunday. Matt Ryan doesn’t look like much an upgrade to this point.
