1. Buffalo Bills (2-1) –
Although they lost to the Dolphins, they still looked like the better team, they just came up short in crunch time this week. In the long run, they still look like the best team.
2. Miami Dolphins (3-0) (↑6)
Defense has played very well and gets tons of pressure. Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle remain explosive weapons that teams will struggle to stop.
3. Philadelphia Eagles (3-0) (↑1)
They have dominated their opponents on offense and defense the last 2 weeks. This week should be a test against an improved and hot Jaguars team.
4. Kansas City Chiefs (2-1) (↓2)
Took a bad loss because of some unfortunate turns against a struggling Colts team, but they should bounce back.
5. Green Bay Packers (2-1) (↑1)
Had a hard-nosed victory against an impressive Buccaneers defense and the passing offense continued to improve, with rookie WR Romeo Doubs stepping up big.
6. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2-1) (↓3)
Defense was able to hold the Packers to no points in the 2nd half and once their offensive weapons return, the offense should look better.
7. Baltimore Ravens (2-1) (↑2)
Lamar Jackson has been spectacular through three weeks and is leading the passing and rushing attack for the Ravens. The defense has to improve and help out the offense as the season goes on.
8. Los Angeles Rams (2-1) (↑2)
They have looked better since week one. It has not all looked pretty, but they are getting the job done.
9. Cincinnati Bengals (1-2) (↑3)
They bounced back this week and looked better all around, but have a tough matchup against a Dolphins defense, who can get pressure on the quarterback, and the Bengals weakness is protecting theirs.
10. Jacksonville Jaguars (2-1) (↑7)
They steamrolled the Chargers in week 3 and have looked very good on offense and defense. They could make a statement this week if they were able to go to Philadelphia and win.
11. San Francisco 49ers (1-2) (↓4)
The defense has looked very good for the most part this season. I am not going to overreact to Jimmy Garoppolo’s poor performance, as it was his first week of practice running plays with the first-team offense. The 49ers have been successful before with him as QB and the offense will come around.
12. Los Angeles Chargers (1-2) (↓7)
The Chargers have talent on their roster, but some of their top guys are down with injuries. Rashawn Slater is out for the season, Joey Bosa is on IR (Expected to return this season though), and Keenan Allen, J.C. Jackson, and Justin Herbert are all banged up and questionable. Luckily, they play a lesser team this week in the Texans and have the opportunity to get back in the win column.
13. Minnesota Vikings (2-1) (↑2)
The offense played well last week and were able to fight back for a big win over the Lions.
14. Dallas Cowboys (2-1) (↑6)
The offense has looked better the past two weeks with Cooper Rush under center and is finding a rhythm before Dak and Gallup come back. Also, the defense has played well, led by the performances of Demarcus Lawrence and Micah Parsons. It will be crucial that they can get some wins while Dak is gone.
15. Denver Broncos (2-1) (↑10)
The defense has looked great this season and is leading the team right now. The offense is struggling but has the playmakers to improve.
16. Tennessee Titans (1-2) (↑7)
They were able to earn their first victory and looked better on offense, but the defense did not play great as a whole unit and allowed the Raiders to come back and make it close. Although, getting a win was big and they have a big game against the Colts this week to try and gain ground back in the AFC South.
17. Cleveland Browns (2-1) (↑9)
Jacoby Brissett has played well, and the offense has been able to move the ball in the passing and rushing attack. They have a favorable opponent in the Falcons this week and could gain some ground in the division if they win and become 3-1.
18. New England Patriots (1-2) (↓5)
They lost a hard-fought game to the Ravens, but the defense did not play as well as it had previously, and the offense was good but made a few mistakes in the end that hurt. Also, Mac Jones could miss some time with an ankle injury, which is not good for them in a tight AFC playoff race.
19. Detroit Lions (1-2) –
They have shown spurts of being a good team but need to be more consistent.
20. New Orleans Saints (1-2) (↓9)
The defense has played well, but the offense has not been efficient and needs to get going quickly if they want to compete for a playoff spot.
21. Pittsburgh Steelers (1-2) (↓7)
The offense struggled in the 2nd half against the Browns and the defense has not looked the same without T.J. Watt, but they do not look terrible, and there is still hope for them to turn it around.
22. Arizona Cardinals (1-2) (↓4)
The offense needs to be more efficient and could not find the endzone in week 3. Kliff Kingsbury better make sure his team improves and wins some games soon or he will find himself on the hot seat.
23. Washington Commanders (1-2) (↓7)
The offensive line struggled in pass protection and the offense could not get anything going. The defense looked better in the 2nd half, but it was too late. This team lacks consistency.
24. New York Giants (2-1) (↓3)
Daniel Jones and Saquon Barkley were able to make some plays, but the offensive line struggled and did not help him much. With Sterling Shepard injured, Kenny Golladay needs to step up, and Kadarius Toney, when he is healthy.
25. Indianapolis Colts (1-1-1) (↑7)
They were able to beat a talented Chiefs team but still did not look great.
26. Atlanta Falcons (1-2) (↑2)
The Falcons have played teams tough and traveled to Seattle and earned a win this week behind stellar performances from Cordarrelle Patterson and Kyle Pitts.
27. Las Vegas Raiders (0-3) (↓5)
The Raiders must turn it around quick to keep pace in the AFC. They have shown signs of good play on offense and defense but need their units to be better for an entire game.
28. New York Jets (1-2) (↓4)
Zach Wilson returning should help the offense become more explosive and if they could travel to Pittsburgh and win this week, that would be huge for their confidence as a team.
29. Chicago Bears (2-1) (↓2)
The Bears won a close one against the Texans because of their defense and run game, but they have a terrible passing attack to this point in the season.
30. Seattle Seahawks (1-2) (↓1)
The offense looked better this week, but there is still work to be done on both sides of the ball.
31. Carolina Panthers (1-2) (↓1)
They were able to win their first game this week, but they still did not look great and struggled with their passing attack once again.
32. Houston Texans (0-2-1) (↓1)
Dameon Pierce was impressive in week 3, but the passing attack struggled again,
especially with a crucial interception thrown in the 4th quarter and the defense was
ran all over.
